The Dream
While other kids dreamed of being astronauts, I only ever wanted one thing: to be a millionaire. That wasn’t ambition talking. It was identity.
The Grind
After three years in the IDF, I bounced between night shifts at a gas station, waitering, and coaching people with autism. Then came six months in a factory in northern Israel. Sixteen-hour days that felt like modern slavery. I knew I was meant for more.
The Hard Lesson
During the pandemic, an influencer I admired appeared in my hometown. I tracked down his house on my 5 AM runs, desperate to join what he was building. He let me in, unpaid. I worked sixteen-hour days for a year, recruited sixteen editors, and built his media company from scratch. He never paid a single person. Thirty people on staff, zero payroll. My entrepreneurial education started with learning exactly what not to do.
Building From Zero
With my co-founder Or Hakim, I started Perspective, a video production company built from our parents’ living rooms. We launched Hakol Podcast, which grew to 500+ episodes and millions of listeners. Two years of sixteen-hour days, no salary, investing every shekel we had.
The Breakthrough
We sold 50% of Perspective for 1M NIS to Leos Media. KAN 11 ran a feature about us on national TV. Six months later, I built Kaps, a SaaS product that hit $10K MRR one month after launch and 100K NIS MRR within six months, running almost entirely on autopilot. That was the moment I understood: smart systems beat hard work.
The Reset
October 7th changed everything. I spent four months in military service, unable to work on anything. When I came back, I sold both businesses. Perspective in January, Kaps in March. I needed a clean slate.
SaaS & nCode
Five SaaS products in one year. I took everything I learned and built nCode, now Israel’s largest vibe-coding institute with 500+ students. We teach people to build micro-SaaS products using AI, replacing hard work with smart systems. Recently sold 50% to scale it further.
